December 2010 —G.W. Stephens Adds Two Employees to their Engineering Staff

G.W. Stephens, a Maryland based Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Surveying firm is pleased to announce that they have added two highly qualified and experienced land development design engineers. They will be involved in the planning and design of government, institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential development projects in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Stephen J. Gorski is a registered Professional Engineer licensed in Maryland and Delaware. He holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Geology, both from the University of Delaware. With over 24 years experience in the field of civil engineering and Water Resources, he will serve as Senior Project Manager and Lead Engineer for a variety of land development projects including parks, schools, residential subdivisions and commercial development. Gorski currently resides in Abingdon, Maryland with his wife and three children.

David A. Rudisill specializes in design and expert testimony for planning, and project management associated with the designs of commercial, industrial and residential development. Rudisill has been extensively involved in development projects and brings 36 years experience and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the development and permitting process. His background includes working in the construction industry where he gained construction management and project control skills which he routinely applies to complex development projects. Rudisill and his wife live in Bel Air, Maryland.
