GWS provided the planning, design, engineering and surveying for the development of this 500+ acre estate-style housing complex containing single family homes.
Civil engineering included surveys, layout and site design for roads, utilities, drainage, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control. The design elements included a design of roads, water and sewer, traffic and landscape architecture plans.
