Bel Air, Maryland
GWS provided the civil engineering, landscape design and surveying associated with a design and build contract for the construction of a new, 60,000 square foot administration building for the Harford County Board of Education. GWS’s work included design of on-site parking facilities, storm drainage systems, stormwater management, water and sewer facilities and erosion and sediment control.
In addition, GWS was responsible for the construction stakeout, record plat, construction monitoring and “As-Built Documentation." The project was awarded the US Green Building Council’s “Leed Gold” rating.
