GWS provided the planning, design, engineering and surveying for the development of this 400+ acre housing complex containing single family homes, townhomes, apartment complexes and a park and recreational field.
Civil engineering included surveys, grading, layout and site design for roads, roundabouts, utilities, drainage, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control. The design elements included a parking layout and design of roads, water and sewer, traffic, ADA compliance, reforestation and landscape architecture.
