GWS performed landscape planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering design for the expansion and construction of a new multi-functional building on this 60 acre campus. The new facility houses the aquatic center, locker and training rooms, coaching offices, wrestling and fitness centers and field house.
In addition to the building elements, the propject also includes a 400 meter oval track and four tennis courts. The student commons features a dining hall, student and alumni lounges, hall of alumni, conference and classroom facilities, bookstore and offices for Christian service, campus ministry, admissions, athletics and the Assistant Headmaster for Students. GWS was responsible for the civil, landscape planning and design and surveying. Elements included a new entrance road, sidewalks, parking areas, utility adjustments and relocations, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control.
