GWS provided the studies and designs associated with the redevelopment of an existing 25.21 acre manufacturing facility into a mixed use commercial complex with office space, storage buildings and a restaurant.
Design elements included land use studies, surveys, site design, 930 space parking lots, water and sewer, traffic circulation studies, ADA compliance, landscape architecture and coordination with the Maryland State Highway Administration.
