GWS provided the planning, design and surveys for the redevelopment of the historic 22.07 acre Bendix facility. The first phase of the project involved demolishing the center portion of the existing building to create two separate spaces and the addition of parking garage.
The design elements included a parking garage and retaining walls as well as surveying, layout and design of roads, water and sewer, traffic, 657 parking spaces, ADA compliance and landscape architecture.
