GWS provided the studies and designs associated with the redevelopment of an existing 1.51 acre complex into a commercial strip mall. The strip mall now houses commercial retail and specialty stores and restaurants including Bray and Scarff, Moe's Southwestern Grill, Cold Stone Creamery, Game Stop and Starbucks.
Design elements included land use studies, surveys, site design, parking lots, water and sewer, traffic circulation studies, ADA compliance, landscape architecture and coordination with the Maryland State Highway Administration.
